Forshaw of St. Louis is a large installing distributor of hearth, patio, and barbeque products. We are looking for qualified installers to join or installation and service team! On our team you will be asked to install and service fireplace/patio products in customers' homes.

To get started you must:

• Have or obtain Driver's License with Class 'E' certification
• Be able to pass MO DOT exam including drug test
• Demonstrate ability/willingness to safely ascend to residential roofs
• Be able to communicate effectively with homeowners/customers
• Be willing to learn and perform other hearth & patio product installation and service

In the field, each day will be slightly different than the last. Chimney sweeps should be comfortable in the following situations, should the need arise:

• In residences, potentially attics, basements, and crawlspaces
• With customers and homeowners. Interacting and communicating positively to all customers is paramount
• Outdoors on a roof

This is a physical job. The requirements include:

• Traversing different terrain and houses in all weather environments
• Ability to operate and lift equipment (such as a ladder) that can weigh up to 75 pounds
• Ability to pivot work hours to six-day workweek during peak seasons
• Ability to follow all written and verbal safety instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
